Executive Coaching requires exceptional leadership and questionning skills to be effective. At Mindlab, the key to executive coaching process is in asking the right questions in the right order to assist the client in identifying their overall situation, specific performance gaps, and underlying the causes. For us, the executive coaching process is an application of leadership in which the coach becomes a trusted resource for the client.
